Introducing My Video Blogs

I choose to open my video blogs with one of my favourite artists, Christie Moore. His music builds on Irish folktales, tells stories of ordinary people and touches on their hopes and their dispair. He reminds me of my roots, my ancestors and my birthplace in Ireland. His singing includes the longing of all those who had to leave and travel the world. Christie lets me listen and build my images around the words and music he gently slips into my head. Writing should be like that. I hope you enjoy listening to him as much as I do.
